If you have received an incorrect NZS or AS/NZS Standard, we will exchange it for the correct Standard. You will need to return the hard copy Standard in its original, saleable condition (including packaging) within 7 business days of the invoice date before we can approve a credit.
If the item has been damaged by you, or has been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept its return or offer a refund for this and you will need to pay for the correct Standard.

Note that Standards New Zealand does not issue credits for any international Standards.
PDF – Please email requests for credits on NZS and AS/NZS PDFs to enquiries@standards.co.nz as quickly as possible and within 7 business days. If your request is approved, we will confirm by return email and process the correct item. Additional charges or credits may be involved depending on price differences between the two Standards.
